BARNES, Presiding Judge.
In the middle of his trial on numerous felonies in 1999, Anthony Bernard Spencer entered into negotiated pleas of guilty and was sentenced to a total of 40 years to serve. In March 2010, he filed motions to withdraw his plea and for an out-of-time appeal. The trial court denied the motion for an out-of-time appeal because Spencer had not demonstrated he was entitled to a direct appeal from his guilty pleas.
