FINAL COPY S19A0658. COLLIER v. THE STATE. ELLINGTON, Justice. The Superior Court of Macon County denied, without a hearing, Cordalero Collier’s motion for an out-of-time appeal from the judgment of conviction entered on his guilty plea. Collier contends the trial court erred in denying his motion without considering whether his plea counsel’s alleged ineffective assistance deprived him of his right to an appeal.
