These appeals arise out of the appellants’ convictions for misdemeanor traffic offenses in the now-defunct Recorder’s Court of DeKalb County (the “DeKalb Recorder’s Court”). In Case No. A17A1188, Adan Munye appeals the dismissal of his motion to vacate his convictions for driving with a suspended license on the ground that they were void. Munye also appeals the denial of his motion to vacate his sentences for those offenses as void.
