In this action, the Court must chose between two competing interpretations of a 1972 contract for the sale of several paper mills and associated properties by Federal Paper Board Company (“Federal”) — a predecessor of defendant International Paper Company — to Riegel Products Corporation (“RPC”) — a predecessor of plaintiff Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products, LP.
