This is an appeal from the refusal of the court below to strike off or to open a judgment entered on a warrant of attorney contained in a written house lease.
On August 31, 1946, C. Foster Palmer, owner of the premises at 2910 Holland Street, Erie, entered into a written lease with John E. Schultz for a term commencing on September 1,1946, and ending May 1, 1947, at a stipulated rental payable in monthly installments on the first day of each month.
