THE COURT.

A hearing was granted in this ease after decision by the District Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, affirming the judgment of the trial court. The opinion of said District Court of Appeal, delivered by Mr. Justice Plummer, held that the plaintiff herein was entitled to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident by reason of defendants’ negligence, although plaintiff was riding in defendants’ automobile at the time.
