Defendant-appellant and cross-appellee, Nicola DiCosola (DiCosola), appeals the $1,271,816.10 judgment entered against him personally in the circuit court of Du Page County after a trial without a jury. DiCosola contends that the trial court erred when it pierced the corporate veil of defendant, TLD Builders, Inc. (TLD), and held him personally liable for the obligations of the corporation.
