The plaintiff in this action, Thomas Industries, Incorporated (hereafter “Thomas”) has filed a motion for reconsideration of the Court’s March 8, 1985 decision granting the summary judgment motion of defendant Wagner Spray Tech Corporation (hereafter “Wagner”) on the issue of the validity of the patents involved in this case. Thomas also objects to the Court’s award to Wagner of its costs and attorneys’ fees incurred with respect to its summary judgment motion.
