QUIST, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Aero-Motive Company (“Aero-Motive”), claims that Defendant, Great American Insurance (“Great American”), must defend and indemnify Aero-Motive for environmental property damage under a commercial general liability insurance policy (the “Policy”). Great American moved for summary judgment on the limited issue of whether coverage is excluded under the Policy’s “sudden and accidental” pollution exclusion clause.
