We deny Aircraft Network, L.L.C.’s motion for rehearing en banc. On the Court’s own motion, we withdraw our opinion and vacate our judgment of March 16, 2006. This is now the opinion of the Court.

Cessna Aircraft Company and Associated Aviation Underwriters, Inc. (AAU) appeal a trial court’s judgment following a jury trial. AAU contends that Aircraft Network lacks standing to sue AAU.
