OPINION

BROTMAN, District Judge.

This is an action brought under the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 ei seq., for injunctive relief and money damages. Plaintiff, publisher of the Gloucester County Times, a Gloucester County, New Jersey newspaper, alleges that the exclusive territorial subscription granted to the Philadelphia Inquirer by defendant, the Los Angeles Times-Washington Post News Service, constitutes an unreasonable restraint of trade in violation of the Sherman Act.
