Kilday, Judge:

Private First Class Robert G. Gallagher was convicted by a general court-martial convened by the Commanding General of the 3d Armored Division (Spearhead), in Germany, of robbery, in violation of Article 122, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 922. He was sentenced to total forfeitures, reduction to the lowest enlisted grade, confinement at hard labor for one year, and a bad-conduct discharge. The convening authority approved the sentence.
