COLEMAN, Justice.

This is a review by certiorari of a decision of the Court of Appeals wherein that court reversed a judgment rendered by the circuit court in favor of the plaintiff on the verdict of a jury.

The case arose out of a transaction wherein plaintiff purchased a Chevrolet automobile from the defendant. Plaintiff contends that in payment of the purchase price, he traded in his Ford automobile, paid $28 in cash, and agreed to pay an additional sum of $900 plus carrying charge and interest.
