OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellants Chateau Estates, Ltd., Helen, LLC, Albert Turner, Jr., and Albert Turner III appeal from the trial court's June 29, 2007 entry sustaining a motion to compel discovery filed by appellees Chateau Estates Resident Association and numerous individual residents of the Chateau Estates mobile-home park.1
