DECISION AND ORDER

ADELMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Kathryn Masch applied for social security disability benefits, claiming that she was unable to work due to liver disease, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, diabetes, obesity, pain, fatigue, and depression. The Social Security Administration (“SSA”) denied her claim initially and on reconsideration, as did an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) after a hearing. The Social Security Appeals Council then denied plaintiffs request for review, making the ALJ’s decision the final decision of the SSA. See Haynes v. Barnhart, 416 F.3d 621, 626…
