James Young applied for Social Security disability benefits, claiming that he suffered from progressively declining cognitive abilities and increasing personality problems which interfered completely with his ability to work. The Social Security Administration (“SSA”) denied Young’s application and upon review, the administrative law judge (“ALJ”) determined that Young was not disabled. The Social Security Appeals Council denied Young’s request for review. Young now appeals from the district court’s judgment upholding the denial of benefits. Because we find…
