MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD W. ROBERTS, District Judge.
Pro se petitioner Nabih Bedewi has moved under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate his sentence, arguing that his restitution order should be reduced because of subsequent recoveries by the victim, that the sentence exceeds the applicable range under the Sentencing Guidelines, and that he is entitled to leniency because of family hardship and because of the shorter guidelines sentencing range that was previously applicable to his offense.
