CARLAND, Circuit Judge.

The appellees, hereafter called plaintiffs, being in possession of certain land located in the county of Nowata, Old., commenced this action against appellants, hereafter called defendants, for the purpose of restraining the defendants from entering upon said land or otherwise interfering with the possession of the plaintiffs. The defendants answered the complaint, and also filed a cross-complaint. The case came on for hearing upon pleadings, proofs, and the master’s report.
