Julia Christian Burrows, defendant in error, filed this action in the' district court of Garvin county, seeking to enjoin the Mortgage & Debenture Company, plaintiff in error,.from selling certain lands bplonging to the defendant in error. Por convenience the parties will be designated in this action as they appeared in the court below. The plaintiff is a member of the Choctaw Tribe of Indians, of one-fourth Indian blood.
