IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF DELAWARE IN RE PATTERN ENERGY GROUP C.A. No. 20-275-MN-JLH INC. SECURITIES LITIGATION REPORT & RECOMMENDATION In this action challenging the purchase of Pattern Energy Group Inc. by the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Defendants move to dismiss the Second Consolidated Amended Class Action Complaint (“SAC”). (D.I. 76; D.I. 78; D.I. 79.) As discussed below, I conclude that the SAC plausibly alleges claims under Sections 14(a) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
