This case requires this court to determine whether petitioner, an inmate, was “adversely affected or aggrieved” by an order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision (board). Petitioner initially sought administrative review of a board order that delayed his release date for two years and required that he undergo a psychological evaluation before release. In response, the board entered a new order that changed petitioner’s projected release date to one year, but retained the requirement that petitioner undergo a psychological evaluation.
