Petitioner challenges an order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision that, according to petitioner, imposed unduly restrictive conditions of post-prison supervision. The state responds that the board did not err, because the order merely imposed an incarceration sanction for petitioner’s violation of post-prison supervision, the board included the challenged conditions in the order for “informational and tracking purposes only,” and any such conditions would not actually be imposed unless and until petitioner is re-released on post-prison supervision pursuant to a future order…
