THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the Amended Motion to Dismiss Complaint, filed October 30, 2002, by Defendant Metro Ford, Inc. (D.E.10.) Plaintiffs James and Diane Cannon filed a Response on November 18, 2002. Defendant filed a Reply on December 9, 2002.
