Plaintiff-appellant Corrosioneering, Inc. (“Corrosioneering”) and its bonding company, Continental Insurance Company (“Continental”), appeal from the district court’s dismissal of their third-party complaint against Ashland Chemical Company (“Ash-land”) and Berton Plastics, Inc. (“Berton”).
