STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Petitioner, Jo Ann Spencer (Wife), appeals the property settlement agreement incorporated into the decree dissolving her marriage to Appellee-Respondent, Fred J. Spencer (Husband).

We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
