Defendant, Andre Robinson, was convicted after a jury trial in the circuit court of Cook County of driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more (625 ILCS 5/11 — 501(a)(1) (West 2002)) and of driving while under the influence of alcohol (DUI) (625 ILCS 5/11— 501(a)(2) (West 2002)).
