This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the appellees, Channel-view Bank and Floyd D. Woods (Woods). Appellant, Community National Bank (Community Bank), and Woods filed motions for summary judgment. The trial court granted summary judgment for Woods and denied Community Bank’s motion. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
