This is an appeal from an unemployment compensation award to Kathleen Wilson (hereinafter “claimant”) by the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board. The question before the Appeal Board was whether claimant voluntarily resigned her position or, alternatively, was discharged without just cause. The Board determined that she was “constructively discharged” without just cause. This Court must decide if there is substantial evidence on the record to support the Board’s decision. Longo-bardi v.
