The plaintiff, as assignee of Arthur J. Gutman, brings this action for overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, to recover double the amount of certain unpaid wages due his assignor and for reasonable attorney’s fees.
The parties stipulated the following: “ It is hereby stipulated and agreed by ,and between the attorneys for the respective parties hereto that the following facts shall be deemed true and admitted for the purposes of this trial:
