Hillis v. Home Owners' Loan Corp.

Lillian B. Hillis instituted this action against Carrie Allen Rice, Louis E. Koontz and Home Owners' Loan Corporation, a corporation, for personal injuries suffered in an automobile collision, seeking a judgment of $25,000. The jury returned a verdict absolving Mrs. Rice from liability but in favor of plaintiff and against the other defendants for $25,000.
