Under sentence for murder in the first-degree, defendant reviews his conviction by writ of error, alleging 147 errors, but grouping them under five heads. The jury found that defendant, while riding in the automobile of Irving Hansen, shot and killed Gavro Radulovich, an old man, also riding in the automobile, and then, with the help of Hansen, disposed of the body by dragging it into a marsh on a country road.
