This is an appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction restraining defendant from engaging in the auto livery business in the city of Minneapolis.

The West Hotel Auto Livery, a corporation, controlled and managed by defendant and his brother, operated a taxicab and auto livery business in the city of Minneapolis for several years, and had a lease or right to use an automobile stand at the West Hotel.
