This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Hardin county, dismissing an amended complaint filed on behalf of appellants, William T. Winn, Nora Winn, Sadie McDowell, Nannie Shufflebarger and Nona Matheny (hereinafter called plaintiffs), and awarding judgment for costs against said plaintiffs in favor of appellees, Augusta Underwood, per se, as widow of Manfred Underwood, deceased, and as administratrix of the estate of Manfred Underwood, deceased, Frank Kamm, W.
