Appellant brought action to register the title to the church premises located at 616 East Fifteenth street, Minneapolis, Minnesota, under the Torrens act (Minn. St. 1941, §§ 508.01 and508.83 [Mason St. 1927, §§ 8247 and 8329]). Pursuant to the report of the examiner of titles, the summons named as defendant, among others, the First Spiritualist Church and the State Spiritualist Association of Minnesota.
