The plaintiffs in this case are the Cadman Memorial Congregational Society of Brooklyn, a religious corporation organized under the laws of this State,^which *128has the custody and control of the temporalities and property of the plaintiff church, and the Cadman Memorial Church, an unincorporated religious body connected with the first-named plaintiff, which has charge and control of the spiritual and religious functions of the plaintiff church.
