Appeal from special term, Munroe county. Action by Hannah Jane Harden against John F. Dorthy, Carrie M. Thompson, Hugh Nevin, and Hiram L. Barker. From a judgment for plaintiff, defendants appeal.

This action was brought in June, 1895, to have adjudged as fraudulent and void a certain deed of premises situated in Rochester, purporting to have been executed by the plaintiff to the defendant Dorthy, and also certain other conveyances from Dorthy to defendant Thompson, and from the latter to the defendant Nevin; also a certain mortgage on the premises, executed by Thompson to Dorthy, and by him assigned to the defendant Barker.
