This matter is before the Court on the “Motion to Correct the Record” (Doc. 35), the “Motion Pursuant to Rule 59(e) to Alter or Amend this Court’s Ruling of October 26, 2006 [Doc. 33] Based upon CSX’ [sic] Perjured Testimony to Effect a Favorable Ruling” (Doc. 36), and the “Motion to Stay Transfer” (Doc. 37) brought by Plaintiff Donald R.
