This action was brought by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company against Wannamaker Chemical Company, Inc., to recover the transportation charges on a tank car which was delivered by the Cities Service Oil Company of Texarkana, Texas, to the Texas & Pacific Railway Company for shipment to Orangeburg, South Carolina. The car was consigned by the shipper to itself, care of the freight agent of the Atlantic Coast Line Railway at Orangeburg.
