WASSERSTROM, Judge.
Plaintiff initiated this case by suit in a magistrate court for freight charges of $924.38 plus interest. From a judgment for defendant, plaintiff appealed to the circuit court. That court reversed and entered judgment for plaintiff, from which defendant now appeals to this court.
The case was submitted on stipulated facts. United Consumer Products Co. shipped certain merchandise from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to defendant in Independence, Missouri. Defendant received, accepted and retained the merchandise on November 6, 1969. The freight bill covering that shipment bears…
