ANDERSON, EJ.
¶ 1. Ibrahim Begicevic raises multiple challenges to his conviction for a second offense operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC). We agree with the trial court that the arresting officer had reasonable suspicion to conduct a traffic stop and probable cause to request Begicevic to submit to a preliminary breath test (PBT). However, we reverse and remand this case because the arresting officer failed to use reasonable means to convey the implied consent warnings to Begicevic.
