The main question presented by this appeal is whether an employee has antitrust standing to challenge a conspiracy directed at his employer because the alleged conspiracy caused the employee’s termination. We must also decide whether the employee pleaded claims of racketeering, tortious interference, civil conspiracy, negligent misrepresentation, and fraud.
