Introduction

Following a trial by jury in the Whittier Municipal Court, defendant and appellant Patricia Ruth Olsen (appellant), was convicted of interfering with the lawful efforts of a fireman, firemen, or emergency rescue personnel in the discharge of official duty (Pen. Code, § 148.2, subd. 1, count I) and disobeying the lawful order of a fireman or public officer (Pen. Code, § 148.2, subd. 2, count II), both of which are misdemeanors.
