1. The petition"was improperly headed, “Georgia, Terrell County,” and addressed to the city court of Dawson. The plaintiff offered an amendment,'which the court allowed over the objection of the defendant, changing the heading to “Georgia, Dougherty County,” and addressing the suit to the city court of Albany.
