MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this case, Plaintiff challenges the adequacy and reasonableness of a series of searches that Defendant conducted pursuant to Plaintiffs request for documents under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552. Pending before the Court are Defendant’s two motions for summary judgment, Defendant’s motion to strike certain of Plaintiffs declarations, and Plaintiffs motion for leave to supplement its opposition to Defendant’s first motion for summary judgment.
