MEMORANDUM

BALLANTINE, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the motions of the two remaining Defendants 1 , Dr. Stuart Cohen and Lederle Laboratories, for summary judgment. This ease is a product liability suit. Plaintiff, Kimberly Marie Snawder (“Plaintiff”), allegedly contracted poliomyelitis from an oral vaccine manufactured by Lederle Laboratories (“Lederle”) and administered by Dr. Stuart Cohen (“Cohen”) nearly twenty years ago.
