This is an appeal from an amended judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Conner, J., on April 19, 1991, granting summary judgment in favor of the ap-pellees. This case was brought under the Condominium and Cooperative Conversion Protection and Abuse Relief Act of 1980, 15 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq. (the Act). The complaint filed in the district court also sought declaratory relief and raised a pendent state law claim. The judgment of the district court is affirmed.
