Plaintiff Park South Tenants Corporation brings this claim for damages, pursuant to Section 3607 of the Condominium and Cooperative Protection and Abuse Relief Act of 1980 (the “Act”), 15 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq, against defendants 200 Central Park South Associates (the “Sponsor”) and Bernard Spitzer, Jack Lipman and Melvin D. Lip-man, as individuals and as directors of plaintiff (collectively, the “Directors”).
