This is an appeal from the trial court’s order declaring the settlement agreement entered into between the Missouri Public Service Commission (“PSC”) and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (“SWBT”) to be unlawful. Appellants, Missouri Cable Telecommunications Corporation (“MCTA”), MCI Telecommunications Corporation (“MCI”), AT & T Communications of the Southwest, Inc.
