Mary Hundley appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County affirming the decision of the Missouri Director of Insurance denying her grievance against Conseco Medical Insurance Company. Her grievance challenged Conseco’s declaration that her chiropractic treatment was not medically necessary and, thus, not covered by her health insurance policy, and its refusal of payment.
