The four defendants O’Rourke, Wallace, James S. Kerrigan, and Thomas J. Kerrigan, were indicted jointly, together with “John Doe and Richard Roe,” whose true names and more particular descriptions are stated to be unknown to the grand jurors, in four counts for conspiracy to (1) file, (2) make, (3) sign, and (4) use false nomination papers to secure the placing upon the ballot of the name of William H.
